Team Leader - Breakaway (FTC)

Are you an experienced childcare professional ready to take the next step into leadership? We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Team Leader to join our residential service, supporting children and young people with complex needs.

This is a rewarding opportunity to lead a dedicated team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care while making a lasting impact on young people’s lives.

As Team Leader, you’ll supervise and support a team of Residential Child Care Officers, acting as a positive role model and ensuring best practice at all times. You’ll combine strong leadership skills with hands-on care, contributing directly to the wellbeing, safety, and development of the children in our care.

This role involves working a shift pattern including evenings and weekends.
